Every effort will be made to incorporate your request for personalized interest, hobby or theme. However the final design choices will be made by the artist. Delivery time is 3-4 weeks. Please contact us at nameartup.com with any questions.
Return Policy
We feel confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly refund your purchase within 14 days.
A return authorization (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued without a valid RA#. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns
Privacy
We at What's in Your Name value your privacy. You can be assured that the information you provide will not be disseminated or sold to any organization. The information you provide is only used to process your orders.
Cancellation Policy
All names are made to order. If you need to cancel, you must do so within 3 days. After your order has processed you will be charged the 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.
Shipping
Shipping and handling for name art with mat only is $9.95. This covers the shipping costs as well as the packing material to protect the sign. Name art with frame and glass is $12.95. We package with the upmost care to ensure all artwork arrives to the customer in perfect condition. All orders take 3-4 weeks for delivery.
